My approach is to capture you and your little ones as you are. I want you to look at my work in 10 years time and think “this is exactly what we were like back then”.

I generally like to shoot at sunrise or sunset as you get the most amazing light for your photos.

I do have day time sessions too for newborns so we can keep you and baby nice and cosy warm. All my availability is shown when you make a booking and if there isn't a time suitable, let me know and we can work something out for you.

For solo mumma’s, I do offer a discount when you book a Birth session.

Yes I can offer payment plans to pay in 2, 3 or 4 instalments. Please let me know and we can add this to your invoice.

From here, I will send you a quote and contract to read and sign.  Once these are completed as well as deposit paid, I will send a questionnaire to capture everything you are wanting to do in your shoot.  

Prior to the shoot, we would have had a planning call where we talked about all your ideas for the shoot and how it will work, so your not left guessing.

On the day, we meet at the agreed location and have lots of fun while I shoot beautiful images of you and your family. 

I have plenty of prompts, games and props to make everyone comfortable. If you have any questions at any time, please ask away.

Our planning call together before the shoot is such a great way to prepare. We will get to know each other, who's in the family, what each of you are like and what you are like as a family.  This helps me to make sure I bring that out in the shoot, through the images and capture your quirks, personalities, the beautiful loving moments.

For yourselves, this is going to be a magical moment where you capture life as it is, natural, relaxed and as it should be.

There is no need to worry about being awkward at the shoot, I have some amazing private locations where it will just be us and we can take it slowly and keep it very natural and relaxed. 

In our planning call, I also love to meet your partner and get to know everyone coming on the shoot, so you are as comfortable as possible.

We live in the most beautiful place and I love shooting outside to capture that.  However, this is your shoot and we can talk through my favourite locations and decide together where you feel most comfortable.  

Most importantly you need to be comfortable and able to move in your clothes. In my experience, I have found timeless photos are when you wear neutrals or darker shades of colour.  I always say keep to what is true to you but spice it up. Be comfortable and on the shoot I'll encourage you to kick your shoes off and have fun. 

Mama Rentals is an amazing option for renting an outfit for any session - being a local to the beaches company focusing on sustainability makes this option a hundred times better!

No, unless it's something you want to have. Be comfortable and true to you.

I like to keep the shoots fun and full of activity to keep the kids engaged.

I have some props to keep the kids entertained like bubbles plus lots of fun prompts and games for the kids and the big kids.

I check the weather forecast consistently and if it's only slight cloud or light rain, we can still go ahead as this weather can be ideal for lighting and creating a beautiful backdrop.

If the forecast is for heavy rain or severe weather, I will keep in contact with you and we can discuss indoor options or rescheduling.

I understand things happen and children do get sick, and we want everyone well for the session.  Please let me know at least 3 hours before the shoot if anyone is unwell and we can look at rescheduling to a later date. Details of this will be included in your contract.

Yes absolutely and I would love to discuss this with you about options for at home shoots or locations suitable. 

I will work on your photos and be in touch once they are ready. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your gallery to be available.

I will email you a link to your gallery to make your selections and as a special gift, I will provide you with a sneak peak 24 hours after the shoot. 

You also have an option to upgrade your package to select additional prints at any time.

Once you have picked your selection of images, you will receive confirmation and can download from your gallery as high res digital images. 

You can choose to print from your gallery at a printing company of your choice or using my preferred supplier on the Northern Beaches.  Details of online ordering to come!

You can upgrade your package at anytime to have extra prints.  Just let me know and I can send through an invoice for the additional amount to upgrade.

I highly recommend ordering prints through my online print store.

You will receive high resolution files to the images included in your package and can print them yourself, however there is huge difference when printing through a professional lab.

Yes you can definitely upgrade to the full gallery or choose additional individual shots to download at an extra charge. Let me know and I can send an invoice.

Yes absolutely, once you have made selection and downloaded your chosen images. If you are happy too, I would love you to tag me or share with my Instagram.

Privacy is extremely important to me and I will always ask you if you're happy for me to share any images.

I would never post anything without having consent. Your privacy is always respected and if you would prefer to keep all/some of your images private I will respect that.
